Terms of Use

What This Site Is

www.joeswinedine.com is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Nothing a reader does here can create, submit or store a record, because there is no mechanism to accept one. The site's published inventory is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address, and a request for any other address returns a page marked so that search engines and directories do not index it, and that page immediately forwards the visitor back to the home page. A mistyped or expired address cannot become a page of its own.

Following a Link

This site runs no gambling service of its own. Where an operator is mentioned, the link never opens that operator directly. It is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor to the operator's own tracking address, on a domain outside this site. Ten such redirect rules exist in the build, every one marked as a sponsored link and set to open in a separate tab. Once that redirect completes, the reader is on the operator's own site, dealing directly with the operator. Everything this site loads for its own pages — styling, scripts, fonts and images — comes from this domain; no outside server is contacted while a page here is being displayed. That changes the moment a sponsored link is followed, because the destination is a different site entirely.

What Cannot Be Promised

There is no registration and no account, so nothing on this site can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists to govern. The build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form, so these terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to contact. For the same reason, this page names no company, no jurisdiction, no age threshold, no licence and no dispute procedure — none of that is something this build can verify. Every page does carry a machine-readable publication and modification date, matching the sitemap's date of 2026-09-08, so a reader can at least tell when this version of the text was issued. Anything beyond what is stated here belongs to the operator reached after a sponsored redirect, whose own terms are what actually apply once that link is followed.
